Wollundry Grove Lemon Cake
Ingredients:
1 ½ cup of Self Raising Flour
135 g (1/2 cup) Wollundry Grove Extra Virgin Olive Oil (Delicate)
½ cup of Milk
1 cup of Caster Sugar
1 Egg lightly beaten (For egg allergy - 4 full tsp Orgran egglike powder)
2 grated Lemon rind
1/2 cup Lemon Juice
Recipe:
Sift flour, add sugar, oil, milk, grated rind, juice, and eggs.
Whisk & mix well.
Bake in moderate oven (170 deg. celsius) approximately 30-35 minutes or skewer comes out clean.
