Wollundry Grove Lemon Cake
- 1 ½ cup of Self Raising Flour
- 135 g Wollundry Grove Extra Virgin Olive Oil (Delicate)
- ½ cup of Milk
- 1 cup of Caster Sugar
- 2 eggs, lightly beaten (For egg allergy - 3 full tsp Orgran egglike powder)
- 1 grated Lemon rind
- 2 tbsp. lemon juice
- Sift flour, add sugar, oil, milk, grated rind, juice, and eggs.
- Beat well for 5 minutes.
- Bake in moderate oven approximately 30 minutes.
