• 250 g pitted olives (Wollundry Grove Black Manzanillo)**
  • 2 tabsp. capers
  • 1 small section fresh garlic
  • 3-4 fresh basil leaves
  • 1 tabsp. fresh lemon juice
  • 2 tabsp. Wollundry Grove Extra Virgin Olive Oil(Distinctive/Delicate)


  1. Blend them all up roughly or till paste.
  2. Use within 3 weeks (fridge) or freeze it until ready to use.
  3. Spread on Plain Water Cracker or Toasted Bread (cut to shape)
