Tapenade
Ingredients:
- 250 g pitted olives (Wollundry Grove Black Manzanillo)**
- 2 tabsp. capers
- 1 small section fresh garlic
- 3-4 fresh basil leaves
- 1 tabsp. fresh lemon juice
- 2 tabsp. Wollundry Grove Extra Virgin Olive Oil(Distinctive/Delicate)
Recipe:
- Blend them all up roughly or till paste.
- Use within 3 weeks (fridge) or freeze it until ready to use.
- Spread on Plain Water Cracker or Toasted Bread (cut to shape)
