Vegan Olive Oil RYE Crackers
Ingredients
2 cups rye flour
1/2 teasp salt
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup Wollundry Grove Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Pre heat oven to 180 deg.
Method
Mix flour and salt together.
Beat water and olive oil together till creamy.
Pour into flour mix and knead into a dough.
Divide half the dough, roll thinly flat on baking paper (repeat the other half dough).
Cut into whatever shapes of your choice.
Transfer into baking trays.
Baked in 180 deg for 15-20 mins.
Viola!
Let it cool before putting in an air tight container.
