Vegan Olive Oil Crackers

Ingredients

2 cups wholemeal flour
2 cups rye flour
1 teasp salt
1 cup water
1 cup Wollundry Grove EVOO
Pre heat oven to 180 deg.

 

Method

Mix flour and salt together.
Beat water and olive oil together till creamy.
Pour into flour mix and knead into a dough.
Roll flat and cut into whatever shapes of your choice.
Baked in 180 deg for 30 mins.
Viola!
Let it cool before putting in an air right container.
